Gary S. Fergus has practiced law since 1979. He opened his own practice focusing on the trial of complex high value cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in late 2001, after spending the first 20 years of his career working for a large Law Office in the litigation group, and acting as managing partner of that group for four years. In his practice as a civil trial lawyer, he has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Fergus has been appointed to represent thousands of individuals by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, and by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

He currently represents individual, court appointed fiduciaries and corporate clients in complex civil litigation and appeals, class actions, matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as representing individuals in securities arbitrations.

Mr. Fergus seeks to handle high-stakes cases that address fundamental civil wrongs. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
